Install

  1. Unzip it

    Into a folder you plan to keep.

  2. Double-click install.bat

    Sets up Python, the UI and the models. Run it once.

  3. Double-click run.exe

    Pick a character and press Start.

Is it free?
Yes. It is open source under Apache 2.0, with no account, subscription or API key.
Does it need the internet?
Only to download the models on first run. After that it runs on your own graphics card.
Will it work on AMD or a Mac?
Not yet. It needs Windows and an NVIDIA RTX 30, 40 or 50 card.
Can I use it commercially?
The app is Apache 2.0, so yes. Some third-party weights, such as the hair tracker, are non-commercial; see the third-party notices.
How do I get it into OBS or Discord?
Press Start cam, then pick VTM Spark as your camera. Frames come on chroma-key green, so add a chroma key filter in OBS.
Where do characters come from?
Each one is a .vtm pack. Drop it in the characters folder.
